La forza di esistere [Existential Force], 1994

The work represents the will, meant as something innate, something immortal, which strengthens itself by renewing itself, without breaking the connection with its roots, to exist and to resist. It also represents the ordeal and struggle of a people that no colonial domination has succeeded in subjecting to slavery, who continue to exist by looking critically at the world around them, without ever denying their cultural identity.
