Here the artist has experimented stone processing for the first time therefore she did not want ‘to rage’ on it more than necessary. This work depicts the weeping of a refugee (head in the upper and right part) embraced by a friend (central part of the stone) with a third person looking on indifferently at the scene (head in the lower and central part).
