Amore e sofferenza [Love and pain], 1993

In this boulder of difficult workmanship due to a series of particular veins, an easy message is captured: the coexistence of love and pain. Love represented by the union of the two seagulls embracing each other with their wings and the suffering of those who look at them perhaps envious of their love. The seagulls freed in the centre of the space and, the suffering condemned below.
